Rui-He RH6250-60YH A/B is a two-component liquid silicone rubber for injection molding processes.
RH6250-60YH can be used to produce medical technical articles with high transparency and excellent rubber-elastic properties. All LSR are platinum cured(vulcanized) materials which are mixed in a 1:1 ratio by weight.

Applications
Because of the outstanding properties RH6250-60YH Lquid silicone rubber is particularly suitable for the following elastomeric articles: medical sacculus, negative pressure ball, catheter connector, sealing elements, diaphragms, ear plugs, bellows, baby teats, respiratory devices, air vent flaps, tube connectors, catheters, parts for medical technical equipment, mat, etc.

Packaging & Storage
- RH6250-60YH Medical is available in 20kgs pails or 200kgs drums.
- Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight, use it within 12 months from the day of manufacture.
Knowledge
- What environment is silicone rubber NOT suitable for?
Conventional silicone rubber is not suitable in environments where it comes into contact with oils fuels and solvents. RUI-HE silicone, however, performs excellently under such conditions. Silicone rubbers in general also have poor resistance to steam and superheated water.
- Is silicone rubber suitable for long- term medical implantation?
Silicone rubber has been used for long-term medical implantation. An example is finger joints. The recent bad publicity about breast implants has meant that the major silicone manufacturers do not recommend their products be used for more than 28 days.
