Description
Rui-He 9140-30Z® is a kind of two-component liquid silicone rubber for injection molding processes, consisting of part A and part B. It can be used to produce electronics keys supplies with a high rebound and good resistance to yellow. All LSR are platinum cured (vulcanized) materials which are mixed in a 1: 1 ratio by weight.

Operation instruction
Part A and B are packed in 20kgs pails or 200kgs drums respectively. When operating, part A and B can be injected directly to the heated mold from the original containers by mean of metering and mixing unit. At the mold temperature of 90-150℃, silicone rubber cures within minutes according to the size. The pot life is 3-7days after mixing under 23℃. Clean pipe and machine when the machine stopped for a long time.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, use it within 12 months from the day of manufacture.
