FAQ
Q: What’s the trade team and the payment term?
A: We only offer the FOB price and accept Western Union, L/C, T/T, Paypal, and cash. The ways of payment can be negotiated.
Q: May I have some samples with my design?
A: Yes, please contact us first and send your favorite design.
Q: Which shipping method can we choose?
A: You can choose your usual logistics company and logistics method.
Q: Why does the silicone rubber appear to be dry outside but wet inside?
A: It gets solidified after absorbing moisture from the air. You can add 0.05% water into the silicon rubber and stir over a low speed briefly when you use it.
Q: How to get rid of the bubbles during my mold making?
A: After mixing liquid silicone with a curing agent, please put the materials into the vacuum machine to take off the bubbles
