Rui-He RH6250-30YH A/B is a two-component liquid silicone rubber for injection molding processes.
RH6250-30YH can be used to produce medical technical articles with high transparency and excellent rubber-elastic properties. All LSR are platinum cured(vulcanized) materials which are mixed in a 1:1 ratio by weight.

Typical properties of the vulcanisate:
The mixing ratio of components A: B = 1: 1.
Vulcanisation: 5 min. 150 °C + 4 hrs. 200 °C post cure
Applications
Because of the outstanding properties RH6250-30YH Lquid silicone rubber is particularly suitable for the following elastomeric articles: medical sacculus, negative pressure ball, catheter connector, sealing elements, diaphragms, ear plugs, bellows, baby teats, respiratory devices, air vent flaps, tube connectors, catheters, parts for medical technical equipment, mat, etc.
Performance Testing
RUIHE Silicone has an extensive quality control system that tests the quality of raw materials first. The material cannot be used unless they are tested and meet our quality control standards. If it does not pass our incoming quality control testing, the material is refused and trucked back to the manufacturer.
Second, during the producing process, our quality control group will test the new batch of compound silicone rubber by taking some samples (twice from solid silicone rubber or three times from liquid silicone rubber) from different steps in the process. After passing the test, this batch can be sealed to pack and deliver to the customers.
Certificate
Rui-He RH6250-30YH Liquid silicone rubber obtained the following test certificate: RoHS, FDA, MSDS, LFGB, ETC.
Packaging & Storage
- RH6250-30YH Medical is available in 20kgs pails or 200kgs drums.
- Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight, use it within 12 months from the day of manufacture.

This product cannot be contacted with compounds containing N, P, S to avoid affecting the catalytic effect of platinum.
