Description
Liquid silicone rubbers are pumpable two-part compounds that are delivered ready to use. They are vulcanized by addition curing.
Component A contains catalyst and component B functional polysiloxane as curing agent.
Compared to peroxide curing, liquid silicone rubbers do not release any curing by-products.

Typical properties of the vulcanisate:
The mixing ratio of components A: B = 1: 1.
Vulcanization: 5 min. 150 °C + 4 hrs. 200 °C post cure
LSR are platinum cured(vulcanized) materials which are mixed in a 1:1 ratio by weight.

Rui-He silicone rubber obtained the following test certificate: RoHS, FDA, MSDS, LFGB, ETC.
Packaging & Storage
- Available in 20kgs pails or 200kgs drums.
- Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight, use it within 12 months from the day of manufacture.
Notice
This product cannot be contacted with compounds containing N, P, S to avoid affecting the catalytic effect of platinum.
