Description
LSR 6250 - 60® is a kind of two-component liquid silicone rubber for injection molding processes, consisting of part A and part B. The material of this product has the same performance as the Wacker, and the high-performance cost ratio. All LSR are platinum cured (vulcanized) materials which are mixed in a 1: 1 ratio by weight.

Operation instruction
Part A and B are packed in 20kgs pails or 200kgs drums respectively. When operating, part A and B can be injected directly to the heated mold from the original containers by mean of metering and mixing unit. At the mold temperature of 90-150℃, silicone rubber cures within minutes according to the size. The pot life is 3-7days after mixing under 23℃. Clean pipe and machine when machine stoped for a long time.

Because of the outstanding properties 6250 - 60® liquid silicone rubber is particularly suitable for baby nipples, bottles, breast enhancer, silicone mask, ultra-realistic replicas of face, silicone baby spoons, silicone animatronic skin,silicone baby mat, silicone baby doll, fruit mordedor, teether, washbasin, ring teethers,handmade chew charms, pacifier clip, etc.
