Operation instruction
Part A and B are packed in 20kgs pails or 200kgs drums respectively. When operating, part A and B can be injected directly to the heated mold from the original containers by mean of metering and mixing unit. At the mold temperature of 90-150℃, silicone rubber cures within minutes according to the size. The pot life is 3-7days after mixing under 23℃. Clean pipe and machine when machine stoped for a long time.

Because of the outstanding properties 6250-40 Liquid silicone rubber is particularly suitable for the following elastomeric articles: breast enhancer, silicone mask, ultra-realistic replicas of face, silicone baby spoons, silicone animatronic skin,silicone baby mat, silicone baby doll, fruit mordedor, teether, washbasin, ring teethers,handmade chew charms, pacifier clip, etc.

Packaging & Storage
- 6250-40 Medical is available in 20kgs pails or 200kgs drums.
- Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight, use it within 12 months from the day of manufacture.

This product cannot be contacted with compounds containing N, P, S to avoid affecting the catalytic effect of platinum.
