Description
RUI - HE 6250 - 25® is a kind of two-component liquid silicone rubber for injection molding processes, consisted of part A and part B.
It can be used to produce electronics keys supplies with the high rebound and good resistance to yellow.
All LSR are platinum cured (vulcanized) materials which are mixed in a 1: 1 ratio by weight.

Operation instruction
- Part A and B are packed in 20kgs pails or 200kgs drums respectively.
- When operating, part A and B can be injected directly to the heated mold from the original containers by mean of metering and mixing unit.
- At the mold temperature of 90-150℃, silicone rubber cures within minutes according to the size.
- The pot life is 3-7days after mixing under 23℃.
- Clean pipe and machine when machine stoped for a long time.
Applications
Because of the outstanding properties, RH6150-25® liquid silicone rubber is particularly suitable for making baby feeding nipples, baby feeding bottles, baby bottle covers, silicone sealants for the breast pump, baby toys, etc.
