LSR 6250-15 A/B is food grade liquid silicone rubber for injection molding processes. 

At higher temperatures the safety operation time shortened.

LSR RH6250-15 liquid silicone rubber is platinum cured(vulcanized) materials which are mixed in a 1:1 ratio by weight.

Food grade silicone rubber offers the strength and stress resistance required to manufacture baking trays, bottle dispensers, food grade gasket sealant, and other products for the kitchen and throughout the home.

Operation instruction

• Part A and B are packed in 20kgs pails or 200kgs drums respectively.

• When operating, part A and B can be injected directly to the heated mold from the original containers by mean of metering and mixing unit.

• At the mold temperature of 90-150℃, silicone rubber cures within minutes according to the size.

• The pot life is 3-7days after mixing under 23℃.

• Clean pipe and machine when machine stoped for a long time.

Packaging & Storage

• 6250-15 A / B is available in 20kgs pails or 200kgs drums.
• Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight, use it within 12 months from the day of manufacture.

This product cannot be contacted with compounds containing N, P, S to avoid affecting the catalytic effect of platinum.

FAQ

Q: Why could the silicone mold be reused only for a few times?

A: The tension and tear strength of the silicone mold changes. Here are some following reasons:

1. Adding too much silicone oil into silicone rubber.
2. Adding too much catalyst into the silicone rubber. Please add no more than 2% catalyst.
3. Using the silicon rubber with wrong hardness to make molds for products.
