Rui-He LSR H5350-50 ® is a kind of two-component liquid silicone rubber for injection molding processes, consisted of part A and part B. It can be used to produce diving supplies with high thermal stability and excellent resistance to acid and alkali. All LSR are platinum cured (vulcanized) materials which are mixed in a 1: 1 ratio by weight.

4. How to remove the bubbles during my mold making?

--After mixing liquid silicone with a curing agent, please put the material into vacuum machine to take off the bubbles.

5. How to get good silicone mold to use longer time?

--The best way is:

1, Please choose the right liquid silicone according to your products.

2, Don’t use any silicone oil in mold making, because it can make the silicone mold become too soft to use.

3, Silicone mold can be used longer after the whole silicone mold fully cured, so it’s better to wait 2 hours after mold finished.

6. Why silicone rubber add curing agent after mixing a lot of bubbles?

--This is normal physical phenomena. The liquid will produce a large number of bubbles in the mixing time, so, it must pass through the vacuum exhaust bubble treatment.

7. What is the temperature range of silicone products?

--Broadly speaking, the service temperature range of silicone is within the region of -110C to +315C.

8. Does the outside environment affect silicone?

--No. Silicone is not affected by extremes of weather – hot, cold, dry, wet, or humid. It also has excellent resistance to UV and ozone degradation.
