Description
Rui-He RH6250-71® A/B is a two-component infant liquid silicone rubber for injection molding processes.
RH6250-71® can be used to produce pacifiers, baby nipples and a baby bottle with high transparency,
high tensile and excellent tear resistance. All LSR are platinum cured (vulcanized) materials which are mixed in a 1:1 ratio by weight.

Applications
Because of the outstanding properties, RH6250-71® infant liquid silicone rubber is particularly suitable for the following elastomeric articles: pacifiers, baby teats, baby bottles, baby bowls, baby toys, baby rattles, teethers, grabs, baby spoons, food feeders, breast pump, Nubra, baby bibs, and baby nipples, etc.

Packaging & Storage
Available in 20kg pails or 200kg drums.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, use it within 12 months from the day of manufacture.
Liquid silicone rubber operations
Firstly process and prepare the model mold or the product to be duplicated, take a certain amount of the silicon rubber, add 2-3% solid curing agent, and mix evenly and they are ready for use. One pair of mold can be solidified and formed in 2-3 hours.
(Note: our company does not recommend you to add silicon oil. If a special soft silicone mold or fine detailed and complex patterns products are required, 5%-10% silicone oil can be added to soften the mold for easy demold.)
Notice
This product cannot be contacted with compounds containing N, P, S to avoid affecting the catalytic effect of platinum.
