RuiHe LSR RH6250-40YH is two-component liquid silicone rubber for injection moulding proceses.
RuiHe RH6250-40YH can be used to produce medical technical articles with high transparency and excellent rubber elastic properties.
Application range: sealing elements, diaghragms, bellows, respiratory devices, vibration dampers, tube connectors, pipette nipples, cathters, parts for medical technical equipment, mats.

the LSR molding procedure as follows:
1. A 55-gallon drum or a 5-gallon pail are the common containers for LSR A + B components. The buckets are squeezed by a process-controlled pumping kit, which feeds the material into the static mixer and injection equipment.
2. After that, pigment streams can be added and manipulated. Press material will be combined with a screw and pushed forward during the injection process to form a "shot" of material, or the quantity required to fill the mold.
3. The material will remain clamped together after being injected into the mold to cure the LSR. The cured product is then removed from the mold by a human or a machine, and the cycle is again repeated.

-Contacting compounds containing N. P, S. Sn, and Pb during storage and use may cause poisoning of the platinum catalyst and affect vulcanization.
