Instructions

1. The LSR A and B components are supplied in 5-gallon pails or 55-gallon drums. A controlled pumping kit presses down on the buckets to force the material into the static mixer, which feeds into the injection unit.
2. Pigment streams can be added and controlled as desired. In the injection unit, the material is mixed together by a screw and pushed forward to create a precise "shot" of material, which is the amount needed to fill the mold.
3. Once injected into the mold, the material is clamped together to allow the LSR to cure. After curing, the cured product is removed from the mold by either an operator or a robot. The cycle then repeats, with the entire process taking around 30 seconds to complete. This makes it a highly efficient and rapid process.
