Rui-He RH 6032 HTis a kind of good high temperature performance silicone rubber for injection molding processes It can be used to produce specifical cable and electronic wire with high thermal stability and excellent resistance to high temperature (-60 ~ + 250 ℃). 

Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) is a two-part catalysis-cured thermoset elastomer, we normally inject LSR materials into mold cavities to produce final silicone parts. This material provides properties not obtainable with TPE. Therefore, LSR is very versatile in elastomer industry, it is widely applied in various industries from consumer parts to medical devices.

Applications

Moisture protection: Silicone rubber is sensitive to moisture, so it is crucial to keep it dry during storage. Consider using moisture-proof packaging materials such as moisture barrier bags or desiccant packs to absorb any moisture that may be present.

Temperature control: It is recommended to store silicone rubber in a temperature-controlled environment. Ideally, the storage temperature should be between 10°C and 30°C (50°F and 86°F). Avoid extreme temperature fluctuations, as they can affect the material's performance and shelf life.

Packaging Method & Delivery date

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, use it within 12 months from the day of manufacture.
