RUI-HE LSR 6150-60 is a kind of two-component liquid silicone rubber for injection molding processes, consisting of part A and part B. Liquid Silicone Rubber possesses natural transparency, this attribute makes it possible to produce, colorful, custom, molded products. All LSR are platinum cured (vulcanized) materials which are mixed in a 1 : 1 ratio by weight. LSR are platinum cured(vulcanized) materials which are mixed in a 1:1 ratio by weight.

FAQ
Q: Why is the silicon mold oily?
A: The molding silicone rubber itself doesn’t contain any oil, so it won’t be oily. If the mold is oily, it may be because of two reasons:
1. You add the compound silicone oil (the compound of silicon oil and white oil). The white oil is not silicon oil but a kind of petrochemicals.
2. Your supplier adds to much silicone oil when they producing silicone rubber or reducing the hardness of silicone rubber.

Packaging & Storage
- Available in 20kgs pails or 200kgs drums.
- Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight, use it within 12 months from the day of manufacture.

This product cannot be contacted with compounds containing N, P, S to avoid affecting the catalytic effect of platinum.
