RUI-HE 9240-45Z® is a kind of two-component liquid silicone rubber for injection molding processes, consisted of part A and part B. It can be used to produce the fabric surpace of the silk screen and silicone rubber bracelet with high transparency,fast curing and high adhesion. All LSR are platinum cured (vulcanized) materials which are mixed in a 10 : 1 ratio by weight.

Waterproof and highly durable, silicone RFID Wristbands are used by aquatic and leisure centres, as well as Universities (for their Open Days), as well as a range of other events. These wristbands can be used time and again for a variety of purposes.

Precautions
· Store at room temperature, store in a dry and ventilated place indoors, avoid direct sunlight, storage period is 12 months;

· Contacting compounds containing N, P, S, Sn, and Pb during storage and use may cause poisoning of the platinum catalyst and affect vulcanization.

Q: How many kgs of silicone I need to make a mold, like 1m*1m?
 
A: First, you change the "m" to "cm". Then the V(volume)=100cm(length)*100cm(width)*1.5cm(height or thickness) =15000cm³
→ the density of the liquid silicone is 1.1g/cm³→ the quantity= 15000cm³* 1.1g/cm³=16500g(16.5kg)
 
 
Q: How can I know the thickness of the silicone mold?
 
A: For the pouring way, if you do not have a plaster have a base to keep its shape (like square), then we usually suggest that 2-3cm is enough. If yes, then 1-1.5 cm is enough.

 
Q: Why is there not enough 25kgs silicone in the drum?
 
A: V=m/p. because the different of the silicone viscosity, so there will be a little difference. When the viscosity is lower, there will be 26kgs or more. In contrast, there will be 24kgs or little.
