PD soft candy production line is an advanced equipment for producing various shapes and colors of gelatin/pectin/carrageenan candy.

It is an ideal equipment for continuous production of high quality candy (QQ candy), such as single/double-color QQ candy High-degree automation ensures of stale production and saves time, labor force and occupation to serve purpose of reducing the cost

4.The Functions of Each Machine:

4.1 6E3 Mixer: Stirring dry gelatin and water for 15 minutes and puttng into warm holding tank for prepare.

4.2 Sugar Melting Tank: heating sugar, glocose, water to 120 degrees.

4.3 Storage Tank: storage the sugar syrup and and filting pure syrup.

4.4 Deposting and Cooling: depositing the sugar syrup into different candy mouds, and cooling by the AC.

4.5 Drying Room: install dehumidifier and drying machine for soft candy

4.6 Packing Machine: various packing machine available.
