4.3 Proofer: this is for a good condition for bread fermenting.

4.4 Tunnel Oven: Baking Scope--bread, cake, moon cake, biscuit, toast baguette and other kinds of similar food.

4.5 Water Chiller: consistently deliver 2-30C cold water for control of your dough temperature.

4.6 Cooling and Sterilization: For natural cooling and sterilization before delivery for the next step of the production.
