Production Line Compotents:
This line is specially designed to produce ABS/PMMA co-extruded sheets/boards, which posses the features of not only the strongly impact resistance of ABS, but also the high gloss and rigidity of PMMA; has good molding vacuum, high temperature and low temperature resistant, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and good mechanical processing of performance;
Widely used for bathtub, sanitary board, shower room, wash basin, steam room, etc.
Double layers refrigerator sheet: LMSB-120/65, (ABS+PMMA)
Trilayers refrigerator sheet: LMSB-120/65/45,(ABS+PS+HIPS).
This line consists of : single screw extruders, co-extruder, hydraulic exchaning units,
T-type die head, three roller calendars, cooling frame and edge cutting units, haul off machine,
cutter or winder, stacker etc.
