Product Description:
LSJ series plastic corrugated/waved roofing sheet extrusion line developed by Leader Machinery can
produce various shapes of roofing sheets continuously with according calibrating moulds. This extrusion
line consist of conical twin screw extruder, co-extruder, T-type die head, calibrating moulds, haul off units,
cutting device and stacker etc. Equipped with coat hanger flat extrusion T-die, pneumatic calibrating moulds,
the finished product thickness is more easily adjusted, together with good shaping process. Adopting rubber
haul off roller matched with the same profile sheets, it provides more stable traction. The automatic angular
cutting ensures the cutting section accurately and tidy.
