Machine Introduction :
This line is specially designed to produce thin pvc sheets. This line consists of conical twin screw extruder, T-die head and other downstream machine parts. The PVC sheet produced by our machines has such characteristics of good plasticization, easy to form, high tension, accurate products color controlling , high capacity, fireproof, economical and can be replaced PVC cast sheet. PVC edge band is widely used in furniture edge banding and skinning.
This machine has the features of high output , stable extrusion ,high foaming , smooth and wearabe surface etc .
