Introduction: 

The High Efficiency PET sheet extruder line machine is specially designed for PET mono/multi layer sheet for packaging industry .

The High efficiency twin screw extrusion machine line adopts the parallel twin screw , it has good feeding performance , mixing and plasticizing performance , exhaust performance and extrusion stability .

The PET sheet extrusion line is equipped with degassing system, so no need drying or crystalizing unit

Multi components dosing feeder can control the percentage of virgin material, recycling material

and master bacth precisely.

Usual sheet width : 800-1200mm

Usual sheet thickness : 0.15-1.2mm

Raw Materail :

can be virgin plastic pet material , can be recyclable material , like PET bottle flakes

Production Flows :

PET crystallizing drying machine→vacuum feeding machine → high efficiency single screw extruder → hydraulic exchanging unit → melt pump → T-type die head → three rollers calander → cooling frames and edge cutting →haul off machine → twin position coiler
