Introduction :
This plastic PET sheet extruder extrusion line machine is specially designed for PET mono/multi layer sheet for packing industry . The technology of "single screw extruding with low dew-point dehumidifying system " for high quality products in ihgh transparency without bubble , which will be very important for thermoforming .
Use parallel twin screw extrusion line for PET sheet . Equipped with degassing system, so no need drying or crystalizing unit . Multi components dosing feeder can control the percentage of virgin material, recycling material and master bacth precisely. This sheet is widely used for thermoforming packing industry.
Raw material for PET sheet making machine :
Can be virgin plastic PET material
can be recyclable material , like PET bottle flakes .

Usual sheet width : 300-1500mm or customised
Usual sheet thickness : 0.2-2mm
