Core filling puff cereal snacks machine can produce all kinds of extrusion products, such as snacks and breakfast cereal, etc.
The raw materials can be maize, rice or wheat flour, etc.

Main Features
1). The output is 100-150kg/h,and we have other capacity,they are 200-260kg/h,300-500kg/h,800kg/h
2). Extruder screws quantity is two.
3). The main body material is stainless steel, which is easy to be cleaned
4). The screws material is 38CrMoAl, which is wear-resisting.
5) The processing line needs two workers to operate.
6) We advice the plant area is no less than 150 square meters, the length is no less than 30 meters.
7) The temperature and rotating speed can be controlled and adjusted.
8). The processing line has self-cleaning function

I. Provide technical exchanging
A. Finished time
The production line will be finished in 25-40 days after confirmation.
B. Payment Term
30% is paid by T/T as the down payment, 70% is paid by T/T or L/C before shipment.
C. Delivery Time
When the machines are finished, we will invite you to our factory for testing machine.
then we will arrange the worker to load container promptly after all corresponding inspection issues finished.
