Working Principle

The extruder uses mechanical energy to convert thermal energy to provide kinetic energy. Usually, it is extruded by the unequal non-standard spiral system of the extruder. The gas in the material is discharged and quickly filled by the material, and the material is subjected to shearing force.
The recirculation is generated to increase the pressure in the casing, and then the mechanical energy is converted into heat energy by the frictional action of the material in the crucible, so that the material becomes a gel state with flowing properties, and the pressure is pressed by the high pressure moment when the material is extruded to the outlet.

It becomes normal pressure, and changes from high temperature to normal temperature, causing water to evaporate rapidly from the structure. With the friction between the cyclone and the casing, the material is thoroughly mixed, extruded, heated, glued, gelatinized to produce tissue. Changes, the original structure is destroyed, so that it forms a myriad of microporous structures inside, and then through the cutting device, cutting and cooling, that is, puffed food is formed.
