Brief introduction:

Automatic multifunction energy bars machine cereal bar production line is our newly developed product in recent years.It adopts the advanced European technology and design,with high configuration and quality.

The line is the ideal equipment For producing cereal bar,muesli bar,granola bar,energy bar,nuts bar,seeds bar,protein bars and so on.

The cereal bar line includes: syrup cooking,storage,continuous mixing,material double rolling,

flatting,tunnel cooling,longitudinal cutting,bar separator,guillotine cutting.

The line can also coordinate with chocolate enrobing machine,which can produce all kinds of chocolate enrobed bars.

 

Processing:Cooking sugar → Mixing → Forming → Cooling → Longitudinal Cutting → Fanning → Transverse cutting →Enrobing → Cooling → Packing

 

DR-200 Sugar Boiler is used to melt the sug ar, mix and cook raw materails. Pan volume: 200L Pan thickness: 4mm Pan diameter: Φ800
SRC-75 Cereal Bar Cutting Machine can be used for producing all kinds of cereal bars and sticks.
Cereal Bar Separating Device After longitudinal cutting, the separating device will separate the cereal bar one by one in order to do chocolate coating later
Chocolate Coating Machine is used for coating chocolate onto cookies, biscuits, wafers, sugars, cereal bars, etc.
LSU-220 Feeding & Packing Line is used for auto sorting and packing the cereal bar product. The cooler of the cutting machine connect with sorting machine, cereal bar will be auto sorted and conveyed to the belt and packing machine, then packed automatically one by one.
