Acrylic Emulsion For Water Based Inks On Paper And Film

Introduction

WQ-1985 is a film-forming acrylic emulsion for water-based inks on paper, film and foil, we recommend to use WQ-1985 as a replacement for Joncryl 8052.

WQ-1985 is a self- crosslinked and styrene-acrylic copolymer emulsion and it can form a film at room temperature. Produced by new-generation polymerization process, it is specially designed for water based glazing varnish and printing ink. The varnish prepared with this product has fast drying speed and very high gloss, it has good compatibility with common acrylic polymers in the market. In addition, this product has good pigment wetting ability in relief and gravure inks.

Storage

Suggested normal storage temperature is 10 to 35℃.
