WQ-4035 Water Based Acrylic Emulsion

Introduction

WQ-4035 is a film-forming methacrylic modified copolymer emulsion, it is specially designed for pre-printed heat-resistant overprint varnishes for flexographic printing.

The OPV formulated with this product have fast drying speed and high gloss, outstanding water resistance and anti-adhesive backing properties, and good compatibility with popular acrylic polymers on the market. It has good compatibility with popular acrylic polymers in the market. It has good temperature resistance and anti-slip property in the pre-printing of flexographic printing.

WQ-4035 has low odor, low VOC, high adhesion,high transparency, anti-sticking, excellent color rendering,good temperature resistance.

WQ-4035 acrylic resin emulsion has good heat resistance, and it is generally used for high gloss overprint varnishes for pre-print and post-print aplication.

Storage

The product should be stored in a closed container to avoid freezing and high temperature. Suggested normal storage temperature is 10 to 35℃.
