Introduction
WQ-2031 is a rigid, non-film forming water based acrylic emulsion for covering the brown background of natural kraft substrates. This emulsion will produces a more intense, brighter printing color when used as a letdown vehicle. The semi-opaque nature of WQ-2031 can reduce pigment levels and inorganic fillers.
WQ-2031 is a high performance hard non-film forming styrene-acrylic copolymer emulsion specially formulated for water based printing inks. Its particle distribution is uniform and fine, with outstanding covering performance, strong adhesion, excellent color development to pigments, and good printability. It is generally used in combination with WQ-227 film-forming emulsion for flexo varnish of corrugated boxes & kraft paper.

Storage
