Application
WL-159 can be diluted with water to the application viscosity. PH value can be adjusted with N,N-dimethylethanolamine. The viscosity increases with the increase of pH value. This product can be used with amino resin to prepare amino baking paint. The curing temperature depends on the selected amino resin. If you choose a partially methyl etherified amino resin, the recommended baking temperature is at least 120°C for 30 mins. It can also be mixed with aliphatic polyisocyanate curing agent to prepare a two-component polyurethane topcoat. This product can also be mixed with other emulsions or dispersions.Construction and formulation equipment can be cleaned with water, alkaline cleaners or water- soluble solvents.
Basic Properties
Resistant Performance
The product is stored in a cool, dry and ventilated condition and has a shelf life of half a year. If it passes the expiration date, it can continue to be used. The recommended storage temperature is 5~35°C to avoid freezing.
