Instructions

(1) This product has excellent shear stability and can be directly used in grinding color paste.
(2) This water-based alkyd emulsion has been added with a water-based drier. The amount of water-based drier added to this product is 5‰-1% of the solid content of the emulsion.
(3) It has good miscibility with other water-based emulsions.
(4) This product can be directly ground with pigments and fillers. However, due to the wide variety of pigments and fillers that can be used, the acidity and alkalinity are different, so the miscibility test should be carried out when using it.
(5) It has excellent anti-rust performance in primers, and the anti-rust effect is better under the action of anti-rust pigments. It is best to use talcum powder and kaolin as fillers, and try not to use calcium carbonate.
(6) The finished paint must be stored under weak alkaline conditions, with a pH range of 7.5 to 8.5. Ammonia, triethylamine or N,N-dimethylethanolamine can be used to adjust the pH value.
(7) During construction, it can be diluted with deionized water, and tap water can also be used after passing the test.
(8) This product has high gloss and anti-corrosion properties and can be used to prepare magnetic paint, blending paint, and anti-rust primer.

Storage conditions

WL-0310 should be stored in a cool place. The recommended storage temperature is below 38°C. Please pay attention to antifreeze in winter. The product has a shelf life of half a year. If it is tested and qualified after the expiration date, it can continue to be used.
