WL-AD395 is a water-based hydroxyl acrylic dispersion. It is recommended to be used with a water-based isocyanate curing agent to prepare a water-based high-performance two-component polyurethane coating. It is designed for primers, topcoats and clear coats for various metal substrates.

Application
WL-AD395 is used with water-based isocyanate curing agent. The recommended co-solvents for the main agent are: DPNB, PNB, DBG, BG, etc.; the recommended co-solvents for the curing agent are: PGDA, PMA, PMA+DBE (1:1 or 1:2). After the A/B components are mixed, if the initial viscosity is too high, the pot life will be shortened accordingly.
When mixing WL-AD395, due to the many unstable factors in the grinding process, the stability may decrease. Therefore, it is not recommended to use resin in the color paste grinding.
