PerformanceFeatures
Good compatibility with mat resin, added to mat adhesive resin, hot pressing process,
can significantly improve the mat bright, wear and other effects.
It can be used in the sizing process of chemical fiber yarn, cotton yarn and other yarns. It
can be added to acrylic slurry in a certain proportion, which can significantly improve the slip
and wear resistance of the slurry, effectively improve the weaving efficiency, and reduce the
wear of steel buckle.
Can be applied to other water-based coatings to improve the brightness effect.
Add amount and use method
It is generally recommended to add wax emulsion at the end of the mixing process, adding wax
emulsion while stirring, and the recommended addition amount of wax emulsion is between 3-10%.
To ensure the uniformity of the product, please shake well before use.
Please test its adaptability before mixing with other substances, especially considering the pH value.
