It is a non-ionic modified epoxy emulsion utilized in conjunction with an amino curing agent to create water-based two-component epoxy coatings. This product can be applied to metal and various other surfaces and is ideal for formulating epoxy intermediate paints and epoxy zinc-rich primers.
