Introduction
WL-AD232 is a water-based epoxy dispersion, it is recommended to prepare high-
performance water-based epoxy coating with super epoxy curing agent WL-AC042, which
is designed for anti-corrosion primer and topcoat of various metal substrates.
Thin salt spray has excellent performance, good luster stability, no rust pigment, and is
used in various construction machinery and equipment, auto parts, precision instruments
and other special fields of anti-corrosion.

Excellent thin salt spray coating performance, film thickness 15-20μm, salt spray greater
than 240h;
Excellent gloss stability, the gloss fluctuation of self-drying and baking is less than 3
degrees, the gloss fluctuation of high and low temperature baking (100℃ and 80℃) is less
than 2 degrees, and the gloss fluctuation of 35℃ within 2 hours of activation is less than 5
degrees;
The formula is simple, efficient, environmentally friendly, and has wide versatility. The
formula system does not contain any anti-rust pigments, can be bottom and surface, and
the salt spray is greater than 720h;
Outstanding thermal storage salt spray stability, 50℃ heat storage for 15d, salt spray
stability.
