High Gloss Water Based Hydroxyl Acrylic Dispersion with Excellent Adhesion and Water Resistance for Industrial Coating

This water-based hydroxy acrylic dispersion is designed for use with water-based isocyanate curing agents to create high-performance two-component polyurethane coatings. Ideal for primers, topcoats, and clear coats in vehicle repair, heavy transport finishing, and industrial coating applications. Often recommended as a replacement for BAYHYDROL A145.

Note: Product viscosity is affected by pH value - as pH increases, viscosity and thixotropy will increase.

When used with water-based isocyanate curing agent, recommended co-solvents include DPNB, PNB, DGBE, and BCS. Recommended curing agents: PGDA, PMA+DBE (1:1 or 1:2).

Important considerations:

• High initial viscosity when mixing A/B components may shorten pot life
• Risk of flash rust when in direct contact with metal
• Not recommended for color paste grinding due to stability concerns

The polyurethane coating created with this dispersion offers exceptionally long pot life and can achieve pore-free films up to 100μm thick.

Packaging: 20KG/200KG/1000KG large opening plastic drums or custom packaging available

Transportation: Handle with care to prevent impact, damage, and leakage

Storage conditions:

• Store in airtight containers
• Avoid freezing and high temperatures
• Recommended storage temperature: 5-35°C
