Product Description
It is a water-based hydroxylated acrylic dispersion. It is recommended to be used with a water-based isocyanate curing agent to prepare a water-based high-performance two-component polyurethane coating. It is designed for topcoats and clearcoats on various metal and wood substrates. This product is also often recommended as a replacement for Bayhydrol A2470. Features: fast drying, rapid hardness increase, excellent gloss and fullness, long activation period, suitable for a variety of construction processes

The viscosity of the product is affected by the pH value, as the pH value increases, the viscosity and thixotropy will increase.
Application
When used with water-based isocyanate curing agent, the curing agent needs to be diluted to 60-70% with a suitable co-solvent such as PGDA or PMA+DBE (1:2) before use. At the same time, the main agent and curing agent need to be fully stirred after mixing. The ideal mixing method is to mix with a pneumatic or electric stirrer, and then dilute with water. It is generally recommended to dilute with water at 5~25% of the main agent.
It has excellent wettability and can be used in grinding, but attention should be paid to the grinding time (<2h) and grinding temperature (<50℃). There are many unstable factors in the grinding process, which may lead to decreased stability.
