WQ-W5500 is a polymer resin water and oil repellent coating emulsion specially formulated for food contact paper applications, providing an eco-friendly alternative to PE films.

Performance Features
- Provides excellent oil and water repellency to paper surfaces while being recyclable and non-toxic
- Effective barrier against hot water and hot oils, serving as a PE film alternative
- Recommended drying conditions: 100-150°C for 20-30 seconds
- Excellent peel strength and anti-blocking properties
- Absorption rate: 2-3 g/m² (300 sec) and 4-6 g/m² (1800 sec)
- Kit rating of 9 for grease resistance without gloss loss, and 12 without penetration
Packaging and Storage
- Blue plastic drum options: 50 kg/drum or 120 kg/drum
- Store in a cool, closed place with anti-freezing precautions
- 12-month shelf life in original package at room temperature
- Recommended for prompt use after opening container
