Physical Properties

Application Guidance

Curing Agent Preparation: Solvent-based curing agents must be diluted to 60-70% with a co-solvent (e.g., BGA, PGDA, or a PMA+DBE 1:2 blend) before use.
Mixing: The main agent and curing agent must be stirred thoroughly after mixing, ideally using a pneumatic or electric stirrer.
Water Dilution: Water addition should be limited to 5-10% of the main agent to avoid a decrease in gloss.
Grinding Restriction: This resin should not be used in the color paste grinding process due to potential stability issues.

Packaging & Storage

Packaging: Available in 20KG, 200KG, or 1000KG wide-mouth plastic drums, or as per customer requirements.
Shelf Life & Storage: 12 months. Store in airtight containers at 5~35°C. Avoid freezing, high temperatures, and physical impact during handling.
