Salt Spray & Water Resistant Anti-Corrosive Acrylic Emulsion WL-J410 for Metal Paints

WL-J410 is a high-performance, water-based styrene-acrylic copolymer emulsion engineered specifically for next-generation industrial metal protective paints. Characterized by its ultrafine particle size (0.1-0.2μm) and optimized rheological viscosity, this advanced binder delivers exceptional compatibility with anti-corrosive pigments, active rust inhibitors, and heavy mineral fillers. WL-J410 crosslinks into an ultra-tough, high-hardness barrier that provides superior resistance against water, salt water, and aggressive salt spray environments. Completely free of heavy metals and halogens, it serves as an eco-friendly, highly cost-effective vehicle for formulating premium industrial primers, topcoats, and direct-to-metal (DTM) coating systems.

1. Excellent pigment and filler carrying capacity, maintaining sufficient adhesion even with relatively low emulsion volume.
2. High film hardness, excellent early water resistance and water resistance, suitable for primers, topcoats, and combined primer/topcoat paints, offering high cost-effectiveness.
3. Good adhesion to aluminum and galvanized sheets.
4. Good recoatability.

Applicable to general steel structure protection, scaffolding coating, steel fences and railing decoration, general steel pipe fittings, galvanized and aluminum sheet protection, etc.

The product should be stored in a closed container and avoid freezing and high temperature, Suggested normal storage temperature is 5 to 35℃.
