WL-J406 Widely used in mainstream applications—such as flat exterior paints, textured coatings, and scrub-resistant wall paints. It is compatible with common wall substrates like cement mortar and concrete. It offers great versatility and stable application performance, serving as a cost-effective binder specifically designed for architectural coatings.
