Tannin Blocking Water Based Acrylic Emulsion for Wood Primers WL-1003B
Introduction
WL-1003B is a soap-free polymerized self-crosslinking acrylic emulsion with small particle size, good permeability, high transparency, high fullness, and excellent anti-grain raising. WL-1003B offers excellent cost-performance; when combined with a small amount of tannic acid inhibitor, it can be formulated into a tannin-blocking wood primer.

Functional Properties
- Good permeability in both wet and dry film states; excellent penetrability and film fullness.
- Strong adhesion to oil-based and PVC substrates; excellent pigment encapsulation; easy to mat.
- Effectively prevents grain swelling and "crow's-foot" cracking; produces a warm wood tone when used as a base coat.
- Slow surface drying combined with fast through-drying; excellent electrostatic application performance.
Applications
- For high gloss and transparency wood primer, varnish, pigment paint etc.
- Suitable for open and electrostatic spraying, for the wood panels that are easy to stretch.
