High Gloss Waterborne Polyester Resin Excellent Aluminum Orientation Anti-Crystallizatio

WL-187 is a self-emulsifying waterborne polyester resin, supplied as a 77% solution (unneutralized). It appears as a light yellow, transparent, viscous liquid and is suitable for waterborne coating systems. It must be neutralized with DMEA before use (recommended dosage: 6-8% based on resin weight).

• Waterborne Self-Emulsifying: No additional emulsifier required, simple formulation, environmentally friendly and low odor.
• Grindable: Facilitates integrated paint production and reduces processing steps.
• Amino Baking Compatibility: Mature compatibility with Cymel 303LF/327, with adjustable performance.
• Convenient Storage: Regular storage at 0-40°C, shelf life of 12 months; still usable after expiration if tested qualified, reducing waste.

• Neutralize with DMEA before use (recommended dosage: 6-8% based on resin weight)
