Reacted with polyisocyanate, water based hydroxyl acrylic dispersion can produce the same hardness, impact resistance and solvent resistance as solvent based polyurethane coating. PU coating made of WL-153 is recommended to use in topcoat of metal or wood due to its paint film has excellent gloss, the construction method can be brushing, roll coating or spraying. This two component PU resin WL-153 is recommended to be used in place of Bayer A145 due to its similar properties with Bayer A145. |

- This hydroxyl acrylic dispersions can be diluted with water to construction viscosity. Its viscosity changes as PH value changes. WQ-WL153 can be mixed with poly aliphatic isocyanate curing agent for preparing high–gloss top coating which can dry fast at room temperature or dry by force at 80℃.
- The film after curing has high gloss,hardness,limit film thickness and good water resistance.
- This product has excellent pigment wetting and shear stability,can be grinded with dispersions directly.
