High solids content waterborne PUD for adhesive 

Water-based Polyurethane Dispersion is the mixture of polyurethane (organic component) and water. It is a solvent-free or only has little organic solvent material.

Comparing to traditional solvent adhesives, Water-based Polyurethane Dispersions is safer, greener and less toxicity. Besides, it does not have VOCs emission related problems and it won`t hurt our environment.

WL-A106 is an aromatic waterborne polyurethane (WPU)of high solid

content, which is mainly applied as top coating of leather, textile,

bags and synthetic leather

The products performances hard hand-feeling, good wear resistance,

good hydrolysis resistance and anti-blocking.

Usage

Spraying rolling, brushing, etc. The usage method is decided by

users

Note

1. Store for six months between 5℃and 30℃, after delivering to the

customers. Containers must be fully sealed to pretend water

evaporation that caused the unsolved films.

2. Product is sensitive to frost, and no longer used after frozen, the storage temperature should not be lower than 5℃.
