WQ-W850 Wax Dispersion

Introduction

WQ-W850 is an water based micro polyethylene wax dispersion, with high-abrasion, high solid content, high-density, which is developed for water-based systems, which can significantly improve the properties of coatings such as abrasion resistance, smoothness, and anti-blocking.

Adding amount and using

• It is generally recommended to add WQ-W850 at the end of the mixing process, and add it while stirring. In different systems, the recommended addition amount of the WQ-W850 is between 2-10%, which is determined according to the actual formulation.
• A little stratification may occur when the product is stored for a long time. To ensure the uniformity of the product, please shake it well before use.
• Please pre-test its suitability when mixing with other substances, especially considering the pH value.

Packing

Packing in 200kg/drum, 1000KGS IBC

Storage

The product should be stored in a closed container and avoid freezing and high temperature, Suggested normal storage temperature is 0 to 35℃(Please Stir well before using).
