Description
WQ provides water-based PU emulsion for both top and bonding layers which is a great solution to instead of solvent based into solvent-free process. It can be used for the decoration of luggage, clothing, shoes, vehicles and furniture. water-based PU resin and non-woven fabrics used as raw materials for artificial leather called water-based PU synthetic leather (water-based synthetic leather). It shows a kind of essential beauty, which embodies the taste of “plain face to sky”

Usage advice
Release paper coating, coating weight 50-150g/㎡; drying temperature 100-130℃; drying line speed 10-18m/min.

Steps:
1: Put S-300 into the dispersion tank first.
2: Add AP-2 and AP-1 while stirring, and stir at medium speed for 5-10 minutes.
3: Add AP-8 solution while stirring to adjust the viscosity to 4000CPS---6000CPS.
Note: When pouring into S-300, please filter it with 100 mesh filter cloth.
