Water Based Acrylic Emulsion For Water-Based Inks On Paper Film And Foil Substrates 

Product introduction

WQ-1985 is suggested to replace Joncryl 8052 because of similar performance. It combines properties like excellent adhesion, low odor, resolubility and water resistance.

WQ-1985 is a room temperature self- crosslinked film-formation styrene-acrylic copolymer emulsion produced by a new generation polymerization process, it is specially designed for water based glazing varnish and printing ink. The varnish prepared with this product has fast drying speed and very high gloss, it has good compatibility with the popular acrylic polymers in the market. In addition, in relief and gravure inks, this product has good pigment wetting ability.

Storage and Packing

200kg small mouth plastic drum.

The product should be stored in the closed container to avoid freezing and high temperature, if possible, it should be used within six months. Suggested normal storage temperature is 10 to 35℃.
