WL-1791 Water-Based Epoxy Emulsion

Product Introduction

WL-1791 is an anionic and non-ionic high TG epoxy emulsion made by special process. It can be used as one-component emulsion products. It can also be added with epoxy curing agent to obtain higher performance, like low odor and no pollution; it is developed and designed for metal, wood and construction purposes. It can be used for self-drying, two-component or baking coating products, with excellent drying, gloss, fullness, chemical resistance and other characteristics.

A great benefit is that these epoxies are usually low VOC. Some common applications for include control rooms, locker rooms, break rooms and concrete flooring for light traffic.

Physical Property

Performance:

• WQ-EP101 has a large molecular weight, high glass transition temperature, superior drying performance, film-forming is high gloss and high transparency, and excellent early resistance;
• WQ-EP101has excellent penetration and adhesion to metal, wood, concrete and the interface of new and old coatings , dense film formation, high sealing and barrier properties, high corrosion resistance, good adhesion, dry coatings have excellent water whitening resistance, good hardness and pollution resistance, etc.;
• WQ-EP101 is a uniquely designed anionic-nonionic emulsion product, can be added to a small amount of curing agent to crosslink and form a film to improve performance.

Packaging and Storage Condition

• Packing in 200KG/IBC
• The recommended storage condition is 0-35℃, and the shelf life is 6 months from the production date.
