Product Introduction

WQ-CS-101 is a new generation epoxy asphalt waterproof and anticorrosive coating. It is a high-performance water-based one-component epoxy emulsion independently developed by Wangqin and a self-developed multifunctional modified asphalt as the main raw materials. Excellent additives give it high-efficiency anti-corrosion properties and excellent waterproof and impermeable properties.

• Epoxy emulsion with multifunctional modified asphalt has excellent waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion and anti-permeability
• Water-based and environmentally friendly, and easy to construct, can be painted, sprayed or rolled;
• Used in diversified ways, and can be used as primer, intermediate coat (with powder prepared by Linte), and top coat

Application

• It can be widely used for the anti-corrosion of equipment and pipelines of steel or concrete structures such as chemical plants, sewage treatment plants, oil refineries, etc.;
• It can be used for the protection of oil, gas and water pipelines in oil fields, urban tap water, gas, and heating pipelines;
• Suitable for all kinds of basement and roof waterproof and anti-seepage projects
• Construction joints, cracks, wall pipes, drains, etc

Construction

• This product is suitable for spraying, roller coating, brushing and other construction methods, and is suitable for wet base surface construction without water
• Pre-treatment of this product construction:

• Cement base surface, remove the drum, repair the uneven hollow drum, apply the diluted black diamond after cleaning;
• Metal base surface, polish the base surface and ensure the base surface There is no oil and dust;
• Asphalt base surface, clean up the debris, and apply the diluted black diamond after cleaning

• Grassroots treatment, clean interface, dilute with black diamond three-in-one coating with purified water 1:1 and evenly coat, spray, roll, brush;
• After the base layer is dry, carry out the intermediate coating construction, mix the black diamond three-in-one paint and Linte's special filler according to the specified ratio, stir evenly, and then scrape, roll, brush, and spray;
• After the base surface is solidified, carry out the top coat construction, and directly use the black diamond three-in-one paint for spraying, rolling and brushing.

Note: The top coating is optional, and good anti-corrosion effect can be achieved without top coating, and the effect is better.

Precautions

• It is not recommended to use this product if the temperature is below 5℃
• This product can be used immediately after opening the barrel, or mixed with WQ specific powder, it is strictly prohibited to use other materials
• It can be constructed on a damp foundation, but the open water must be removed, and open-air construction is not allowed on rainy days
• Soak in water only after the film is dry;
